The brand supplies three grades (Conventional, Pesticide-Free, Organic Certified) and five varieties (Turkish Sultana, Turkish Tokat, Syrian Sultani, Syrian Baladi, Xinjiang Thompson).
Leaves are graded by variety and type, brine-cured and packed in food-grade HDPE buckets ranging from 10 kg to 180 kg.
